Apollo 1001:  Beachfront Three-Bedroom Penthouse with Stunning Gulf Sunset Views

Watch the sun set slowly over the expansive white sand beach from your private balcony every night.

This top-floor three-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfect for family and friend groups. Stay close to home and enjoy `the beach, pool, spa, and onsite restaurant. Or venture out to all the island offers: paddleboarding, shelling, shopping, movies, and fabulous restaurants.

Welcome to our Marco Island hideaway! Apollo 1001 is a beautiful, top-floor beachfront condo offering stunning sunset views from the wide balcony and plenty of space for up to six guests. The full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of room to spread out make this a wonderful beach home for a week or longer. At night, rest in peaceful quiet with no one above you — just the sound of the waves on the beach to lull you to sleep. Other amenities include 4 flat-screen Samsung smart TVs, wifi, tennis rackets, and plenty of balcony seating. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, and beach cart make your day on the white sand beach a breeze!

Marco’s southwestern corner is calmer than the rest of the island, with quieter streets and traffic. And while the Apollo, on Marco’s south beach, is one of the smaller buildings, with only 90 units, the amenities are wonderful: large pool and deck, hot tub, private boardwalk to the white sand beach, fitness room, and Sunset Grille, the ground-floor onsite restaurant. Several restaurants (including an ice cream parlor), souvenir shops, and a convenience store are within walking distance.

Marco Island’s beaches offer the perfect location for a quiet stroll, a family day at the beach, or water sports. Rent paddle boards or kayaks to explore the mangroves, book a fishing charter, or float through the Everglades observing dolphins, alligators, and manatees. Off the water, Marco Island offers plenty of unique shops, a movie theater, mini golf, bicycle rental to keep you busy.

As long-time Marco visitors who have seen the island grow and change over the decades, we love how our cares melt away as soon as we cross the Jolley Bridge. There is so much to do on Marco and in the surrounding area, and we have plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations to share with you. But if you just want to relax and stay close to the Apollo (as we do more and more), that’s okay! The beach, pool, and balcony offer plenty of opportunities to wind down and soak up the sun and sand. Parking: $45 each for up to two cars for your entire stay, including one covered garage space. $75 refundable deposit for hangtags which operate the lot gates.
